Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by nature and have always loved animals. When I had the opportunity to work in SeaWorld San Diego's Education and Conservation Department, I took the leap and plunged right on in! Being able to share my love for animals and the environment with others is one of the best jobs I could ever ask for - especially when it comes to interacting with kids and participating in our educational camp programs.
I grew up in San Diego County and received my bachelor's degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from San Diego State University. Having a fairly broad scope of experience with social media, I was thoroughly excited to become a member of our blog team. There are so many amazing experiences and events that happen on a day-to-day basis, it's impossible to keep track of them all. However, utilizing the blog allows my fellow team members and I to share these wonderful moments and our passion with all of you!
