SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Has A Lot To Be Thankful For This Year

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment has a lot to be thankful for this year, especially the successful births of these amazing animals:

Definitely the largest babies this year were killer whales -- tipping the scales at about 350 pounds! Both SeaWorld Orlando and San Antonio added to their killer whale families.

Katina gave birth to a baby boy in October in Orlando.

This calf above is Takara's, and was born in January in San Antonio.


Thelma, an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin at Discovery Cove, gave birth to a baby dolphin in April.

This lesser anteater, or tamandua, was born in August at Discovery Cove.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay welcomed a new baby reticulated giraffe in April.

Seven baby Caribbean flamingos hatched this summer at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Pearl the baby beluga calf at SeaWorld San Diego

A female beluga whale calf, who our fans helped named Pearl, was born this summer in San Diego.
